How to enable EPEL repository in RHEL 7 and CentOS 7?

EPEL
- For RHEL 7 and CentOS 7 (64 bit)
$ rpm -ivh http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-9.noarch.rpm
- For RHEL 6 and CentOS 6 (64 bit)
$ rpm -ivh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
